1. In response to feedback about the difficulties in copying, pasting and editing responses within
TEQSA’s other application forms available in PDF format, the Application Form – Application
for Accreditation of a Higher Education Course of Study (AQF Qualification) is being made
available in an unlocked Word version so that full editing is possible. When completing this
Application Form, applicants should not make any amendments to any of the text in
the Application Form.
2. At the time of submitting the application via the TEQSA provider portal, an invoice for the
preliminary assessment fee/s will be available online.
3. TEQSA will not process any applications with incomplete payment form and/or where
payment has not been made.

4.4

The template at Attachment 1 of the Application Form is TEQSA’s preferred format for subject
