administrators, do hereby forever release and discharge Sportspectrum, RRCA, Sportspectrum Race Management, Rho Omega
and Friends, Atomic Racing Systems, and all other sponsors or affiliates their employees and agents, of and from any and all
claims or demands for damages, injuries, or liability, in any manner arising out of participation in this event. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the parties released above from any claims or demands for damages, for injuries or liability, in any way
arising out of my participation in this event. I certify that I have prepared myself for this race and that I am in adequate physical condition to complete the event I have entered. I agree to follow all rules of this race and to permit myself be removed from
the competition if in the opinion of Race Management that continuing would endanger my health. I understand that I am responsible for timing chip, I will return it or I will be accessed a lost chip charge of $30.00.

Course Description: Race starts and finishes at the corner of Crockett Street and Commerce
St. 101 Crockett St, Shreveport, LA. Course certified by Sportspectrum Race Management

Early registration is $20.00 thru June 7, $25.00 thru Jun 16, and $30.00 RACE DAY.
Packet Pick-up: You can pick up your packet early at Sportspectrum beginning Tuesday, Jun 12th.
Awards: The overall winner (male & female) will receive a $100.00 gift card to Sportspectrum;
1st & 2nd place for each age group will receive a medallion.
Age Groups: 5K Male & Female: 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
5K Kids Male & Female: 8 & under, 9-15, 16-18
Special Note: Under RRCA regulations, absolutely no baby joggers, strollers, bikes, skate devices.
***Please Note: ALL Registrations after Jun 10th will NOT receive a race shirt with registration due to
printing time; t-shirt orders must be in by Jun 10 to guarantee delivery by race day.

Mission
Uplifting the Community and Improving the Quality of Life
Rho Omega and Friends, Inc., is a corporation created by the Rho Omega Chapter of
the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., in 1994. The organization exists as an independent
non-profit corporation (# 72-1287532) chartered by the State of Louisiana and granted
an exemption under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Rho Omega
and Friends, Inc. continues to devote its time, effort and resources to the creation,
planning and implementation of activities and operations specifically designed to
enhance the motto of: uplifting the community; and thus, improve the quality of life
for its residents by providing scholarships for pursuing higher levels of education.
Rho Omega and Friends, Inc. has (11) unpaid board members local members
comprised of Judges, City Officials, Civic and Business Leaders, Clergymen, Law
Enforcement Officers, Firefighter, Military Officers, Skilled Workers, Attorneys, and
Educators. Most importantly-Family Men, dedicated to Four Cardinal Principals:
Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift. All of our members work free of
charge. This organization has roughly 250 volunteers.
Uplift
The revenue raised from the festival helps us with our outreach programs such as:
Little League Football/Basketball, Project Manhood ACT Prep Course and our
academic scholarship programs.
Impact
Education is a powerful tool that c an change the w orld. Recipients of the funds
raised will get an opportunity to pursue and advance their studies and make an impact
in the society. In partnership with Sportspectrum and donations from our sponsors
and people like you, we will change their lives one kid at a time.
