1. How can I register for the ZDHC Academy?
You can register via the Webpage directly. Once you have inserted the link
http://zdhc.fta-intl.org you arrive on the landing page, click on Create new
Account. Fill out all your information and click on Submit Registration. You
will receive an e-mail with your temporary login details.
2. I can’t log in as I forgot my login details. How can I reset my password and/or
username?
If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on Forgotten
your username or password? Type in your Username or your e-mail address
(if you don’t know the Username). You will get an e-mail with your new
temporary password and can enter the Academy again. Please make sure to
change your password, once you’ve logged in to the site by going to
Preferences.
3. Why should I sign up for the ZDHC Academy?
All training Information, course dates and details are available via the ZDHC
Academy. It is not possible to register for a course and follow Face-to-Face
training without signing up for the ZDHC Academy platform. Furthermore, to
receive a Certificate of Completion for a ZDHC training you have to fill in a
questionnaire and pass an exam, which are only available via the ZDHC
Academy platform.
4. How can I change my settings?
In the top right corner, you can see your name and your profile picture. To
change your settings please click on the little arrow, a drop down menu will
expand and show you different options.
Here, you can for example change the platform language by clicking on one
of the languages that show. But please keep in mind that the languages
shown are only for the tabs and headings. All main text provided by ZDHC is
in English (for now).
Please click on Profile in order to edit your settings. You will see your profile
and all details about you. To edit, please click on Edit Profile. You will then
have the chance to change all your settings and information.
If you want to change your password, please click on Preferences. Under the
sub tab User account you will find a Change password possibility and get
instructions on how to change your password.

5. Where can I find upcoming training sessions?
There are different ways to see upcoming sessions:
a. On the home page, click on the blue Register here Button. You will
come to an overview of all upcoming training sessions
b. On the home page, scroll down and you will find Course categories.
If you click on the category you are interested in, you find a list with
all upcoming sessions
c. In the menu on top of the page, click on Calendar. You will find a list
with all upcoming sessions per month. To look at the sessions in a
particular month, select a month in the calendar on the right, to
choose a session simply click on it.
6. I can’t remember which sessions I booked, can I find them somewhere?
You can find all your booked sessions under My Learning  My Bookings
7. Where can I find my achieved/completed learnings?
There are different ways to see your achieved learnings:
a. On the home page, scroll down to see My Learning
b. In the menu on top of the page, click on My Learning
c. Click on your profile in the top right corner, the pop down menu will
appear, click on My Learning
All these actions will bring you to your learnings. You can find your achieved
sessions here, as well as your upcoming sessions.
8. How can I sign up for a course?
To find a course and sign up for it, see question 5.
To register, please click on Sign up for this session. You will then have the
chance to book the session by first choosing the session that suits you best,
e.g. the session that takes place closest to you. You don’t have to fill out any
additional information, as this information like your e-mail address will be
taken from your account. When signing up you are first asked to pay a
registration fee for the ZDHC Academy platform that will allow you to
enter/using the platform and receiving a Certificate of Compliance after
following a training session. When clicking on a specific session you will be
requested as well to pay for the actual Face-to-Face training session with the
Training Provider.

9. What is the difference between the fee for ZDHC and the course fee?
The registration fee for the ZDHC Academy covers your access to the
platform and the Certification you will receive after attending the training and
passing the exam.
The course fee covers the actual Face-to-Face training session given by the
Training Provider, including training materials, coffee breaks and lunch.
10. How can I pay the training providers?
When signing up for a specific training session you are able to click on a link
of the Training Provider that will redirect you to their payment details.
11. How can I pay the ZDHC fee if I don’t have a PayPal Account?
For now there is no other possibility to pay the fee.
PayPal is a global payment method available in more than 200 countries. If
you currently have no PayPal account please go to
https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide
click on your country and set up your account. If you prefer not to have a
personal PayPal Account, but business account via the company you work
we advise you to prior discuss this with your company management.
12. What’s the difference between the pre-course questionnaire and the exam?
The pre-course questionnaire is not a test, so you will not be graded based
on your answers. The pre-course questionnaire is created to gain information
about your confidence in the topic of Chemical Management. Based on this
information, the trainer can prepare his session. It is a self-evaluation, so
please be honest and mark the right fields.
The exam is a formal test that will be graded based on your answers. You
will have two attempts to do the exam and pass the exam with 75% or
above. Passing the exam is mandatory to receive a Certificate of
Completion. All questions in the exam need to be answered in one session of
90 minutes. The exam will be available to you for two weeks after the Faceto-Face training session.
13. What happens if I don’t pass the exam after the two attempts?
If you have not passed the exam after two attempts you will not receive a
course certificate. You can enrol for new Face-to-Face training sessions
within six months, after the repeated session you can do the exam again.

14. Where will I get the certificate?
After you filled out the pre-course questionnaire, the feedback survey,
attended the session and passed the exam, you will find the certificate ready
to download on the training platform. It will also be send to your registered
e-mail address.
15. How long will the certificate be valid?
The Certificate of Completion is valid for three year.
16. How can I cancel a session and what happens if I cancel?
If you want to cancel a course, go to Recent Learning on the home page and
click on the course you want to cancel. Scroll down to Face-to-Face session.
You will see the courses you’ve booked. On the right side you will see a tab
Cancel Bookings. Click and confirm you want to cancel this course. You will
receive an e-mail from your Training Provider with details about the
cancellation.
17. After the FAQs and the Video, I still have a question, what can I do?
