For campers who are in rising 7th grade through rising college freshmen, camp begins June 12th 2017 and ends
on June 30th 2017. For rising 3-6th grade, camp begins June 19 and ends on June 30th. Older student camp hours
are Monday-Friday 9am – 3:30pm. For grades 3-6, camp hours are Monday –Friday 9am-12pm. Camp
culminates with a show on Friday/Saturday, June 30 and July 1 at 7pm.
Camp will be held at Evergreen Church

Fee for grades 7-12 are $350
Fee for grades 3-6 are $300

Release Georgia Singers Inc. (here after refer as Georgia Singers Company) assumes no liability for
accidents, injury, or loss of property. The person signing on behalf of the student assumes
responsibility thereof. I release and authorize the Georgia Singers Company use of any photos
or video taken during activities, including classes for use in advertising, performance programs,
or brochures. I hereby authorize the Georgia Singers Company to act for me in the event of a
serious emergency (requiring medical attention) and I hereby waive and release the Georgia
Singers Company, its instructors, teachers, and/or directors from any and all liability for injuries
and illnesses incurred while in attendance. Furthermore, in the event of an emergency requiring
medical attention, I shall pay for all services rendered.
Final tuition is due on or before the 1st Day of Camp. There will be a charge of $35 for any returned check.
Due to the nature of the camp any classes missed cannot be made up. All Payments to be made Payable to:
Georgia Singers Company. Georgia Singers Company Inc. is a Non-Profit organization and as such
cannot refund money.
