It is not allowed, without being given permission by Messe Kalkar, to either switch stands with another exhibitor or
to sublet your rented stand (entirely or partly) to a third party who would or would not take part in the exhibition
otherwise.

and cocktails with surcharge), access to Kernie’s barstreet, entrance for Kernie’s Family Park.

Insurance
Every kind of insurance is not included. We recommend you to take a so called transport & residence insurance for your property /
goods.
Payment
Members of the European Union pay the Exhibition Package VAT in their own country when participating in this Exhibition. This does
neither apply to staying at the hotel nor for food and beverages. The VAT will be shifted to your home country. Concerning the costs of
the exhibition package, you only need to pay the net amount. We therefore need to receive your VAT registration number!
All given prices are net prices, some of the prices will be increased with the German VAT. If not otherwise indicated.

Please note that Kernwasser Wunderland Freizeitpark GmbH has the right to cancel your participation, if the
amount is not transferred before or on the aforementioned date.
Cancellation
Cancellation by exhibitors is only possible in writing. For cancellations and/or not paid bookings at 21 or less days prior to the event
cancellation costs of 90% of the total amount will be charged.
Important! The booking is only valid when both parties (exhibition organiser and exhibitor) have signed the booking/confirmation form.
For any further changes a new signature is required. The signed booking/confirmation form is a legal binding contract with Kernwasser
Wunderland Freizeitpark GmbH, and the organizer of the exhibition.
