USGA RULES SHALL GOVERN ALL PLAY
Play is governed by the Rules of Golf approved by the United States
Golf Association, and where applicable, by the following Local Rules.
Water Hazards: Red stakes and lines define lateral water hazards.
Yellow stakes and lines define water hazards. Ball is played as it lies in
desert areas not marked as water hazards.
Ground Under Repair: Areas marked with solid white lines define
ground under repair.
Embedded Ball: A ball embedded in its own pitch-mark in the
ground in any area “Through the Green” may be lifted, cleaned and
dropped, without penalty, as near as possible to the spot where it lay
but not nearer the hole.
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions under Rule 24-1 and
may be removed without penalty.
Out-of-Bounds: Out-of-Bounds is defined by white stakes, boundary
fences and the inside edge of Quintero Lane.
Fourteen Club Rule is in effect. However, players may carry one
additional “rock club.”

Paved Cart Paths, stone extensions of paths and stone walking paths
are considered immovable obstructions.
