Banking Panelist
As Vice President, Digital Channels, Franklin leads the effort to
"mobilize" TD Bank on a North American basis, with a focus on both
employees and customers. In his role, he is responsible for strategy,
design, and oversight of solutions to digitize the Bank and empower
employees and customers to take full advantage of mobile capabilities.
Prior to this role, Franklin held various Risk Management roles in Direct
Channels and Business Banking, and also led several Branch Services
Centres in Canada.

Prior to joining TD in 2008, Franklin was a consultant with McKinsey &
Company where he served as a leader in the North American Financial
Institutions Operations practice. He has also worked with L’Oreal, as a
Project Engineer and in various General Management roles in
manufacturing plant operations in France.
Franklin is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management,
Northwestern University with a Masters of Business Administration. He
also holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ecole
Superieure D’Electricite.
In his personal time, Franklin volunteers at local charities across the
Greater Toronto Area through Social Venture Partners Toronto, where
he has been a Board member since 2012. Franklin’s leisure activities
include skating, sailing, and spending time with his wife and three
children.

Zemfira Khisaeva is the Vice President of Enterprise
Strategy at Scotiabank. She and her team are
responsible for shaping the Bank’s strategic agenda
and managing the Bank’s strategy planning process –
at the enterprise level and in partnership with the
business lines.

Throughout her career, Zemfira has worked in a
number of industries starting from performing research
in the field of nanotechnology at McGill University,
building a satellite at the MDA Space Mission and
driving strategy development at a number of corporate
clients in the US and Canada as a consultant at
McKinsey and Co. Native of Russia, Zemfira has a PhD
in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.

Rainusso
Independent advisor, previously
held executive positions at
BMO, Accenture
Cesar Rainusso is an experienced consultant with
extensive experiences in both consulting and banking.
His most recent role was a VP and the Head of North
American Digital Channel at BMO. During over 10
years at BMO, he has also served as the Head of
Wealth, managing North American Contact Centres,
and the VP of Strategy and New Product Development
for BMO Investorline. Cesar has overseen the overall
strategy formulation and execution for BMO’s digital
channels.
Prior to BMO, Cesar was a consulting manager at
Accenture.
Cesar holds a Finance & Economics Degree from
McMaster University and MBA from INSEAD.

started two companies in the fintech space. His
most recent company, Curexe (pron. Cure - X)
was built to help small business owners that need
to send money to other countries or exchange
currency for a low cost and from any electronic

Keith Loo is the Chief Revenue Officer at CTO Boost, a
company that stimulates North America’s organizations and
industry leaders with data-driven innovation. Keith’s passion is
to empower businesses to reach their full potential. Keith has
over 20 years of sales and marketing experience ranging from
startups to global enterprises with a focus on business
transformation. For the past 6 years, he was the Open Source
Strategy, Marketing, and Sales Lead for Microsoft Canada,
where he worked closely with the company’s enterprise
customers as well as many of Canada’s top startups.
In his current role, as Chief Revenue Officer at CTO Boost,
Keith continues to do what he loves: stimulating companies
and industry leaders to excel with data-driven innovation. He
also mentors at Haltech Regional Innovation Center and
works with Startup Grind Toronto advising high potential tech
startups on business strategy and go-to-market plans.
Keith holds an undergraduate degree from University of
Waterloo and MBA from Schulich School of Business.
