Individual Giving Officer - Person Specification 1 Experience: The post holder will be expected to have recent and relevant experience in the following areas: Activity Experience in a similar role. Experience of direct mail fundraising. Use of a contact database for monitoring individual giving and communications with individual supporters. 4. Proven and successful track record 5. Liaising with colleagues formulate a joined up approach to engage supporters in relation to legacy giving and major donor fundraising. 6. Use of social media for fundraising and to engage the public. 7. Experience of working in the charity sector. 8. Reviewing the success of all tasks/initiatives in relation to the return on investment. 9. Experience of working within a membership organisation 10. Salary £22,542, (Year 1 - Grade 6), 12 month contract. 2. Duration of post: This is a fixed term contract running for 12 months. Commencing December 2013. All employees new to Cumbria Wildlife Trust undertake a probationary period of 3 months, in which time they are expected to establish their suitability for the post. 3. Hours per week: 35 hours. Normally between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00p.m., 5 days a week (Mon – Fri). Some out of hours work may be required, for which Time Off in Lieu is given. 4.
