Waiver: As a participant and or horse owner, I

staff at Hadherway Farms of and from all
claims, demands and actions arising by reason
of my participation in the Sandbank Dressage
Series. I am also aware of the need for
obtaining liability insurance to avoid claims
against myself and my horse in the form of a
current 2014 OEF Number.

SANDBANKS DRESSAGE SERIES RULES

All competitors must have proof of current OEF #
Numbers are to be worn while mounted, at all times
Entry deadline is the Monday before show. Times to be posted by Wednesday
Fees are to be paid in full, these are non-refundable unless a doctor or vet
certificate is produced
Show committee reserves the right to close or limit entries
All horses are to be in good health and vaccinations up to date, any horse
showing signs of illness or lameness will be asked to leave
Warm up will be located in the indoor arena
ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS & NO SMOKING ON FARM PREMISES
Appropriate ASTM headgear is mandatory with show riding attire
Show numbers are to be visible on left side of saddle pad, on a bridle tag or
worn on riders back
Tests may be called to rider
Ring will not be held up for late riders
To qualify for champion series you must compete at both shows, on the same
horse. Including final show
Scoring is based on the average of your best 2 scores per division, including
freestyle
Division winners per show are based on the highest single score from each
division
Walk/Trot may only cross enter into Training Test A, and freestyle
Tests are $10.00 per test
Late entries are subject to $15.00 fee NSF-$50.00
Hadherway Farms reserves the right to refuse dismiss and or eliminate
competitors exhibiting unsportsmanlike behavior to other competitors or
abusive behavior toward horses
All tests judged according to/EC Rules
Freestyle music to be submitted prior to show
Tack check to be performed post ride
Please be respectful of competitors rides and stay the appropriate distance (15’)
away from the arena. *
