This document describes how to access and use MobilTrak Reports.
1. Accessing Reports
First, open an Internet Explorer window and go to the following web site:
rwsmfprod.rwsusa.com/Reports
You will be prompted to enter your username and password. The naming convention is your first name, a
period, and then last name, followed by @rwsusa.com
Example: [email protected]
All reports for RWS back-office staff are located in a folder named ‘Internal Reports’. Click this folder
name to open it.
These are the reports currently available. They are grouped by name:
CONFIG – These show MobilTrak configuration information.

MGT - Management information
RPT - Reports
To run a report, click on the name. Some may require that you select a location or set some other
parameter.
After you run a report, you can print and save it using commands on the toolbar.

Click the floppy disk icon to get a list of ‘Save As’ options.

Click the printer to print the current report.

2. Internal Reports
Here is a brief description of the Internal Reports currently available.
2.1 CONFIG

Devices: Shows all MobilTrak devices and what locations they can access.

Rating Additional Charges: Shows all Additional Charges configured in MobilTrak

Rating Base Rates: Shows all Base Rates configured in MobilTrak

Service-Product Matrix: Shows the WorkOrder services and products configured in MobilTrak.

Type-Service Matrix: Shows the WorkOrder types and services configured in MobilTrak.
2.2 MGT

Grid Contents- All: Shows all live work orders at each location, with drill downs to the work order
level.

Work Orders with Data Errors – All: Shows all work orders in all locations with data errors that
cannot be converted to DMS until they are corrected.

Work Orders with Data Errors – By Location: Shows all work orders in one selected location with
data errors that cannot be converted to DMS until they are corrected.
2.3 RPT

End of Day- By Location: Shows all work orders completed the previous day for the selected
location.
