The Coombabah difference
We don’t just create great athletes… we create great men
Great athletes don’t compare to great athletes who are also great men
• Man Management
– Players need more than ability
– Instilling a professional ethos
– Players need to be:
• Disciplined
• Self motivated
• Of good character
Coombabah High School
4
The Coombabah difference - cont
• Player Welfare
– Too many players are unable to cope with being
under a professional sporting organisation
– Solution: Our players are continually learning on how
to act professionally, the requirements of being a man
& being responsible for their own actions & their
future
– Each day we instill the attitudes, disciplines, skills that
make great athletes, & those athletes who will make
your job as a coach easy
– We will develop your preferred athletes/men
