Terms and Conditions
1. The Win Groceries or Nights Out on Us for Two Months Promotion (Promotion)

commences at 9:00am Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) on Saturday, 12 March
th
2016 and concludes on Sunday 13 March 2016 at 12:00am midnight (AWST) (Promotion
Period).
2. The Promotion is promoted by Vicinity Custodian Pty Ltd ACN 077 870 243 as trustee for
VCX Property Management Trust ABN 21 969 875 489 (Promoter) of Currambine Central,
located at the Corner of Shenton Avenue & Marmion Avenue, Currambine WA 6028
(Currambine Central).
3. All entrants (each and Entrant and collectively the Entrants) will be subject to, and will need
to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and
conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.
The Prize
4. The Promotion contains two prize pools, the Grocery Prize and the Night Out Prize (each a
Prize and together the Prizes).
5. The Grocery Prize has a total value of $1,600, consisting of:
a. One (1) $700 Woolworths gift voucher;
b. One (1) $700 Farmer Jack’s gift voucher;
c. One (1) $100 Star of the North Butcher gift voucher; and
d. One (1) $100 Bakers Delight gift voucher.
6. The Night Out Prize has a total value of $1,318, consisting of:
a. Eight (8) Adult Movie Tickets valued at $168;
b. One (1) $200 Basq gift voucher;
c. One (1) $200 Spur gift voucher;
d. One (1) $200 Panarotti’s gift voucher;
e. One (1) $200 Brasa Bar & Grill gift voucher;
f. One (1) $200 Oscars gift voucher;
g. One (1) $100 Pizza Pizzaz gift voucher; and
h. One (1) $50 iKebab gift voucher.
7. The Suppliers of the Prizes (each a Supplier and together the Suppliers) is outlined in
Schedule 1.
8. Each prize is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective Supplier.
How to Enter
9. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

a. retain their receipt for any amount spent at Currambine Central on Saturday 12
March 2016;
b. show their receipt to a Currambine Central Staff member at the temporary Customer
Service Desk located inside the Mall;
c. receive an entry form (Entry Form) from a Currambine Central staff member;
d. correctly and completely fill out the Entry Form provided; and
e. place the Entry Form in the barrel near Gloria Jeans at Currambine Central.
10. All correctly and fully completed Entry Forms will be entered into the draw and will be eligible
to win the Prize.
11. Entrants are only entitled to one (1) Entry Form per receipt.
12. Entries which are not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.
The Draw
13. The Prizes will be drawn manually by the Marketing Manager and Administration Manager at

9am (AWST) on Monday 14 March 2016 at Currambine Central.
14. The first valid Entry Form drawn from the barrel will be deemed the winner of the Grocery Prize
and the second valid Entry Form drawn from the barrel will be deemed the winner of the Night
Out Prize (each a Winner and together the Winners).
15. Centre Management at Currambine Central will arrange a time with the Winners to collect their
Prizes.
General Terms and Conditions
16. The winning entry form drawn at the Draw must conform to all terms and conditions.
17. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected Entries. Entries which
contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached
any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct
calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal
rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.
18. Any decision made by Centre Management at Currambine Central in respect of the Promotion
is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into with any Entrant.
19. The Winner does not need to be present at a Draw and will be notified by telephone, mail or
email. If a Winner of the relevant Draw cannot be contacted by 5:00pm (AWST) on 31 March
2016 that Winner will no longer be entitled to the relevant Prize and the Promoter may
undertake a re-draw at a time and place determined by the Promoter. In such case, the first
valid randomly selected Entry or Entries drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to the relevant
Prize (Replacement Winner). A Replacement Winner is then the Winner of the relevant Prize
for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
20. If the Promoter has not had return communication from any initial intended Winner (i.e.
attempts to contact the Winner have met with failure) then that person shall be deemed no
longer eligible for the Prize and the Promoter must announce a Replacement Winner.
21. If a Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that
Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.
22. Proof of identity will be required to collect any Prize.
23. All entrants under the age of 18 must have prior consent from their parent or guardian before
entering the Promotion and must be able to provide evidence of such consent on request.
24. If a Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated
parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be
deemed the Winner (or Replacement Winner as the case may be) for the purposes of these
terms and conditions.
25. The Promotion is open to all Western Australian residents except employees, contractors,
agents of Currambine Central, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families;
employees of Vicinity Limited or related body corporate and their immediate families; tenants in
Currambine Central and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in Currambine Central
and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in Currambine Central and their
immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production,
publishing and administration of the Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families

means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and
grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes
their directors.
By entering the Promotion, each entrants hereby gives Currambine Central and the Promoter
authority to publicly announce their name (should they be a Winner) at the time of the Draw
and at any stage thereafter.
By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter
collects personal information about Entrants for the purposes of:
i. including entrants in the Promotion and, where appropriate, awarding Prizes; if the
personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the
Promotion; and
ii. enabling the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods
and services and to contact the entrant in the future with information on special offers or
provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and
commercial electronic messages (Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Message
Service (MMS), Instant Messaging (IM) and email) or any other form of electronic,
emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the
future. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies or
promotional partners, who may contact the entrant with special offers in this way. By
entering the promotion, an entrant agrees that the Promoter may use the entrant's
personal information in this manner. Entrants may opt out of receiving further marketing
communication by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any marketing email received or as
set out in any marketing SMS or MMS received.
By partaking in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees that the Promoter may use information
provided in their Entry or in connection with claiming a Prize in accordance with Vicinity
Centres’ Privacy Policy Collection Statement. A copy of Vicinity Centres’ Privacy Policy
Collection Statement will be available at Centre Management Office, Currambine Central.
The Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and are subject to
these terms and conditions.
The warranty on any goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the
sole responsibility of the Supplier of the Prize.
The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees, contractors
and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including,
but not limited to, indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or
sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with a Prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from any of the
Prizes or the use thereof.
The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
