OFFICIAL RULES
The "Return-It to Win-It Contest” (the "Contest") is offered by Encorp Pacific (Canada) and is administered by and WSP
International Limited.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY.
General Contest Information: The Contest is being played at approximately one-hundred and sixty-one (161) Return-It
Depots (“Participating Locations”) in the Canadian province of British Columbia. Obtain one (1) valid Return-It to Win-It
scratch-off game ticket (a “Game Ticket”) from any authorized personnel every time you make a qualifying beverage
container return (“Return”) at any Participating Location during the Contest Period (defined below), while supplies last.
Limit one (1) Game Ticket per Return-It transaction. See Rule 10 for a list of Participating Locations. You can obtain a
Game Ticket without making a Return by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Return-It to Win-It Contest, c/o
P.O. Box 3009, M.I.P., Markham, ON L3R 6G4”. Limit one Game Ticket per request; one request per outer mailing
envelope, one request per day. Requests must be postmarked on or before Tuesday, September 6, 2016. No
mechanically reproduced or computer-generated requests allowed. Any questions, concerns or comments regarding the
Contest can be forwarded to [email protected] or send your questions, concerns or comments and a selfaddressed, stamped envelope to “Return-It to Win-It Contest”, c/o P.O. Box 3009, M.I.P. Markham, ON, L3R 6G4.
There is a limit of one (1) Game Ticket per Return-It transaction and an overall limit of ninety-three (93) Game Tickets per
person (equating to one for each day of the Contest) throughout the Contest Period, regardless of the method(s) of
obtaining Game Tickets.
1) CONTEST DATES: The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM, Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 15, 2016 (the "Contest Start
Date") and is scheduled to end at 11:59:59 PM PT on September 15, 2016 (the "scheduled Contest End Date") or
whenever Game Ticket supplies are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The period between the Contest Start Date and
the scheduled Contest End Date is known as the "Contest Period". Certain components of the Contest will end on
different dates, as indicated elsewhere in these rules (“Official Rules”).
2) WHO CAN PLAY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of the Canadian province of British Columbia, who have
reached the age of 19 years as of Contest Start Date. Employees, representatives and agents of Encorp Pacific (Canada)
(the “Sponsor”), WSP International Ltd. (the “Contest Administrator”), the Sponsor’s parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, its
advertising and promotional agencies, Return-It Depot owners and staff and any entity involved in the production,
implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest, and members of the immediate family or household of any of
the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. In these Official Rules, “immediate family” means husband or
wife, mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters. There is a separate contest for Employees of Participating
Locations.
3) HOW TO PLAY: There are two game play areas on the Game Ticket, both covered by silver latex scratch-off material.
Using a coin, gently scratch off the latex covering Game 1) Scratch & Match followed by Game 2) Scratch for PIN.
GAME 1: SCRATCH & MATCH: GIFT CARD (hereafter, “GIFT CERTIFICATES”) PRIZES AND BONUS
ONLINE BALLOTS: When scratched, Game 1 will reveal six (6) Return-It icon characters with prize messages.
Simply reveal three (3) matching characters and prize messages and you are eligible to win the prize indicated.
There are a total of 751,775 winning prize messages. See Table 1 below for details.

prizes and Bonus Online Ballots available to be won will decline during the Contest Period. Bonus Online Ballots
are ballot entries for chances to win in the Weekly Online Sweepstakes and Grand Prize draws (See Game 2 for
details of draws).
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU SCRATCH TO REVEAL A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR BONUS ONLINE
BALLOT MESSAGE: Follow the instructions on the winning game ticket. You must go to
www.ReturnItToWinIt.ca and create an account (your “Account”) in order to claim any prize or Bonus
Online Ballot.
To create your Account, you must have a web browser that is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer
5.5x, Netscape 7.2 or AOL 8.0. Mac system requirements: Mac OS X “Jaguar” 10.2 or “Panther” 10.3,
running Safari. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online registration or entry, the
registration or entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “Authorized Email Account Holder” of the email
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (i.e. business,
educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with
the submitted email address. To sign-up with a Facebook account, you must have a registered account
with Facebook which you can obtain for free at Facebook.com. The Contest is in no way sponsored,
endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
You will be required to include your name, email address, and telephone number that you can be reached
at. You will also be asked to create a personal password that will allow you to log-in for subsequent
visits.
For Gift Certificate Prizes: If your Game Ticket is eligible for an Amazon.ca Gift Certificate, you will be
instructed to go to www.ReturnItToWinIt.ca and click “Redeem Prize”. You will be required to correctly
enter the Ticket Number and Security Code and complete the Online Win Compliance, Release, and
Indemnity Agreement (“Online Release Form”) confirming your compliance with these Official Rules and
releasing the Sponsor, any Prize suppliers, their respective administrators, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotional agencies, and the directors, officers, partners, dealers, employees and
agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any and all liability arising from or in connection with
participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize. In addition, you will
be required to correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question. You will then be taken to
the redemption page where you will receive your Amazon.ca redemption code which may be redeemed at
www.Amazon.ca. All Gift Certificate prizes must be claimed before 11:59:59PM PT on September 22,

For Bonus Online Ballots: If your Game Ticket is eligible for Bonus Online Ballot(s), you will also be
instructed to go to www.ReturnItToWinIt.ca and click “Redeem Prize”. Once you have correctly entered
the Ticket Number and Security Code, your Bonus Ballots will be automatically issued and deposited to
your Account. All Game Tickets for Bonus Online Ballots must be redeemed before 11:59:59PM PT on
September 22, 2016. Not all available Bonus Online Ballots will necessarily be redeemed.
GAME 2: SCRATCH FOR PIN: When scratched, Game 2 will reveal a unique Personal Identification Number
(PIN). To enter your PIN, log in to your Account before 11:59:59PM PT on September 22, 2016 and follow the
online instructions. If you do not already have an Account, create one as outlined under GAME 1 above. There is
a limit of ninety-three (93) PIN entries per person and per Account. Once you have correctly entered your PIN
online, there are two ways that you can win: A) Instant Online ten dollar ($10.00) Amazon.ca Gift Certificates; OR
B) One (1) online ballot for entry in the Weekly Online Sweepstakes and Grand Prize draws described below.
Note: If your PIN reveals an Instant Online prize, it will not also entitle you to an online ballot for entry in the
Online Sweepstakes Draws described below.
If your PIN does not reveal an Instant Online $10.00 Amazon.ca Gift Certificate, your PIN automatically entitles

Weekly Online Sweepstakes Prize Draws: There will be a total of thirteen (13) prizes of a
$100.00 Amazon.ca Gift Certificate awarded by way of random draw conducted to select one (1)
entry each Wednesday starting on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 and ending on Wednesday,
September 14, 2016, as per Table 3 above. Weekly online sweepstakes winners will be randomly
selected per drawing from among all eligible online entries (which includes Game 1 Bonus Online
Ballots and Game 2 Ballots) received by 11:59 pm on the day prior to the date of each drawing.
All entries (except those selected in a previous draw) will automatically rollover into any
subsequent drawing(s). Odds of winning any Weekly Online Sweepstake prize are dependent
upon the number of eligible entries received prior to the deadline for each weekly draw.
Grand Prize Draw: There will be one (1) prize awarded in the Grand Prize draw to be conducted
on September 23, 2016, as per Table 3 above. Grand Prize will consist of a cash prize of
$25,000.00 Cash, paid by cheque to the verified winner. The winner for the Grand Prize will be
randomly selected from among all eligible online entries (which includes Game 1 Bonus Online
Ballots and Game 2 Ballots) received prior to the final drawing date, except for those previously
selected in a Weekly Online Sweepstakes Draw, which will not be eligible for the Grand Prize
Draw. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries
received throughout the Contest Period.
For greater certainty, if your Game Ticket reveals a Gift Certificate prize (in Game 1) and your PIN reveals
an Online Instant Win prize (in Game 2), then you will not have any ballots entered in the Weekly Online
Sweepstakes Draws or the Grand Prize Draw.
All Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or other substitution, in part or whole, is allowed
except by Sponsor who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize
become unavailable. No compensation is offered for any portion of the prize not utilized; any portion of
the prize not utilized and its corresponding value will be forfeited.
Amazon.ca Gift Certificate prizes available to be won on both Game 1 and Game 2 will be awarded in
denominations as per, but not exceeding, the stated prize value. Terms and conditions may apply, see

4) NOTIFICATION AND REDEMPTION:
AMAZON.CA GIFT CERTIFICATE PRIZES: All Amazon.ca Gift Certificate prizes are redeemed online as set out above
under Game 1 and Game 2. Once you have claimed your Gift Certificate prize in accordance with these Official Rules,
you will receive an Amazon redemption code that will enable you to redeem your prize at www.Amazon.ca.
To redeem your gift certificate, follow these steps:
1. Visit www.amazon.ca/gc
2. Click Apply to Account and enter the Claim Code when prompted.
3. Gift certificate funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders during the checkout process.
4. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with another payment method. Your gift certificate
claim code may also be entered when prompted during the checkout process but you will not be able to
redeem your gift certificate using the 1-Click® service or downloadable e-books unless you first redeem the
gift certificate through Your Account.
ONLINE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: If you have been selected as a potential winner in any of the Online Sweepstakes
Draws as described above, the Sponsor or Contest Administrator will notify you via email, postal mail, or phone. A
minimum of three (3) attempts will be made to contact the each selected entrant to arrange for redemption of the prize.
Prizes that are not claimed after the third attempt to be contacted will be deemed forfeited and a new winner will be
drawn. As a condition of awarding any Online Sweepstakes prize, selected entrant must sign and return, within seven (7)

days of receipt, the Sponsor’s Release Form confirming his/her compliance with these Official Rules and releasing the
Sponsor, any Prize suppliers, their respective administrators, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional
agencies, and the directors, officers, partners, dealers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against
any and all liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession or
use/misuse of any prize. Before being declared winners, all selected entrants will be required to correctly answer,
unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Contest Sponsor or Contest Administrator. If a potential
winner fails to return the required documents in accordance with these Rules, or is found to have violated the rules of the
Contest in any way, or if any prize or prize notification from Sponsor is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will
be disqualified and will be deemed to have forfeited the prize in question. In the case of the Online Sweepstakes prizes,
Sponsor will conduct a random draw to select an alternate prize winner.
5) ODDS: Odds of winning an Online Sweepstakes prize depend upon a Game Ticket being eligible for Online
Sweepstakes Prizes and, for those which are, odds vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. For odds
of winning a Gift Certificate Prize or Bonus Online Ballot prize see tables above in rule 3.
6) PUBLICITY: Acceptance of a prize, or completing the electronic Online Release form constitutes permission for
Sponsor to use any winner's name, likeness, voice and/or comments for advertising, trade or promotional purposes
worldwide in commerce and in any media without limitation or additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The
names of the prize winners may be published in the Sponsor’s website or other media, following verification of prize
winners.
7) RESTRICTIONS: The following are prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the Contest: (1) using
any method that artificially increases odds of winning; (2) non-compliance with these Official Rules; and (3) any other act
which the Contest Sponsor determines in its sole discretion, jeopardizes the integrity or proper conduct of the Contest.
8) LIST OF WINNERS: The names of the Grand Prize winner and the Amazon.ca Gift Certificate winners and a copy of
the complete Official Rules are available through [email protected] or by sending your request with a selfaddressed, stamped envelope to "Return-It to Win-It Contest, c/o P.O. Box 3009, M.I.P. Markham, ON, L3R 6G4”. Please
specify “Rules” and/or “Winners’ List” with your request.
9) CONTEST MATERIALS: All Contest materials will be rejected and declared void if: not obtained from authorized
personnel through legitimate channels; any part of any Contest materials is illegible, altered, mutilated, counterfeit, miscut,
misregistered, defaced, tampered with, forged, printed or produced in error, incomplete, blank or partially blank,
mechanically reproduced or irregular in any way. Any Contest materials submitted for verification become the property of
Sponsor and will not be returned. Liability for the issuance of void ticket, if any, is limited to replacement of ticket from
random stock while supplies last. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Game Tickets. No more than the number of
prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.

11) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's ("you" or "your") full and
unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions of Contest Sponsor and
Administrators (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest. This
Contest is void outside the jurisdictions specified in these Official Rules and where prohibited by law and is subject to all
applicable federal, provincial, local, and municipal laws and regulations. By participating in the Contest, and as a condition
of acceptance of any Prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, RELEASES AND
FOREVER DISCHARGES AND HOLDS HARMLESS the Contest Entities, their parent companies, direct and indirect
affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal and other advisors,
agents and representatives and each of their employees, officers, directors, partners, representatives and agents
(collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of
action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation all costs and liabilities of any kind (including
solicitor fees), (“Claims”) AND INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY SUCH CLAIMS ARISING FROM ANY ACT OF
NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter
have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting or arising from: (i) participation in the Contest, or the
awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse or enjoyment of any Prize, or traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any
Contest-related or Prize-related activity; or (ii) the publicity rights granted to the Contest Sponsor and its direct and indirect
affiliates as referred to above. It is understood that there may be serious risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage
associated with the use or misuse of any Prize, and any prize winner voluntarily assumes these risks. The entrant may be
required to pay any taxes associated with the awarding of any Prize. Any claim or dispute with respect to the Contest,
any Prize, or this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and any proceedings in
relation to any such claim or dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the British Columbia courts. If any portion of this
Document is determined to be unenforceable by a court of law, all other parts of this Document shall remain in full force
and effect, and that the conditions and covenants herein shall be binding on the entrant and the entrant’s heirs,
successors, administrators, executors and assigns.
PRIZES SHALL BE ACCEPTED “AS IS.” IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES HAVE NOT MADE
ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REGARDING
ANY PRIZE, OR ANY SUBSTITUTE PRIZE. ALL ENTRIES AND PRIZE CLAIMS RECEIVED BECOME THE
PROPERTY OF CONTEST SPONSOR AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED. CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY THE CONTEST OR TO AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON,
AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any website, technical, hardware, software or telephone failures or damages
of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network
transmissions, or for entry requests, or prize claims that are stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, lost, late, postagedue, damaged, or ineligible.
