Featuring many of the top teams in the GTA and Ontario!
The SBA Girls Shootout has become one of the top Girls High School events of the season. Top
teams from across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout the province will be in attendance.
Past participants include: Eastern Commerce, Notre Dame (Ajax), Pope John Paul
II, Regiopolis Notre Dame (Kingston), and many more!
2009 SBA Shootout Details:
*Senior and Junior Divisions!
*3 game guarantee plus possible playoff games!
*Awards for top two teams, MVP and All Stars in each division!
*Main site will be The Hoopdome!
*$315 per team/$600 per school if bringing Junior & Senior!
How to Register:
1. Complete the attached form (please ensure that all the necessary information has been filled in).
2. Mail in the form with a cheque enclosed or email the completed form to [email protected] and mail in
a cheque separately. Confirmation will be sent via email to the address that you provide.
Cheques should be made payable to Scarborough Basketball Association.
**IMPORTANT: Tournament participation is only guaranteed upon receipt of both the application form and
cheque. No spots will be held for teams that have not submitted a cheque.
Tournament Schedule:
The tournament schedule will be posted on www.sbabasketball.ca 7-10 days prior to the tournament.

The SBA has partnered with several area hotels to provide teams with special group rates. Please see the attached
hotel information and support the SBA by choosing one of these great hotels.

The SBA is proud to announce that it will be supporting the
Daily Bread Food Bank by holding food drives at each
tournament. All teams and spectators are asked to bring
non-perishable food items with them to the tournament.
Food will only be collected at the Hoopdome.

2. Make cheques payable to Scarborough Basketball Association
3. Complete the registration form in full and ensure that all information has been entered correctly.
4. You will receive an email to confirm tournament registration.
5. Schedules will be posted online at www.sbabasketball.ca 7-10 days prior to the tournament.
6. Generous non-perishable food (or cash) donations will be accepted at the Hoopdome during all tournaments. All
donations will go directly to the Daily Bread Food Bank.

Note: Tournament participation will only be secured through submission of this completed form and a cheque
for the appropriate amount. Postdated cheques will not be accepted. Refunds will be accepted up to three weeks
prior to the tournament minus a $50.00 administrative fee. No refunds after three weeks before the tournament date.
