Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill
Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industryrelevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.

BRIEF ABOUT SCHEME:
PRADHAN MANTRI KAUSHAL VIKAS YOJANA
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship
outcome-based skill training scheme of the new Ministry of Skill
Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). This skill certification and
reward scheme aims to enable and mobilize a large number of Indian
youth to take up skill training and become employable and earn their
livelihood. Under the scheme, monetary reward would be provided
to trainees who are successfully trained, assessed and certified in
skill courses run by affiliated training providers. This will boost the
productivity of the country’s workforce by enabling them to acquire
high quality skill training across a range of sectors. It will also bring
about a paradigm shift from input-based to outcome-based skill
training in the country. It also seeks to significantly scale up skill
training activities in the country and enable skill training to happen at
a fast pace without compromising quality. Institutional arrangements
comprising of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC),
Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), Assessing agencies and Training Partners
are already in place for implementation of the scheme.

OVERVIEW OF SiS TECH
 SiS Tech, Has been established with an objective to provide skill oriented
training courses, for better employability within the parameters defined
by the Government of India under different skills oriented schemes.
 Different Researches conducted by The different agencies including the
Government of India which has revealed that a huge gap exists between
supply and demand of productive manpower availability in India, that is
why the present Government has focused on the non productive
workforce to become productive.
 Research studies also suggest that our manpower not only lack the skills
to perform the particular job but also lack the sufficient academic
knowledge as per the international bench mark. This situation increases
the cost inputs as well as the delivery period of finished goods to
customer takes long time, so it is absolutely necessary for us to upgrade
our skill training program so we are more productive and efficient.

Students per batch – 30 Total no of students 30 x 8 = 240 for 6 month

Course Payout Calculation:
For Electronics Sector – Job role/course- Field Technician for networking & Storage
Duration 400 hrs Payment Rs 40.40(Cat I)
Per student earning – 400 x 40.40 = Rs 16160 (For 4 Month)
Per batch earning – 30 x 16160 =Rs 4,84,800/One year earning – 484800 x 16 =Rs 77,56,800/Sharing:
We provide 2 modes of sharing:
Mode 1: if centre run by SiS Tech name then we offer 70% and Rs 13000 of affiliation fees
paid by TP remaining fees paid by TC.
Mode 2: if centre run by TC own name then we offer 60% and all affiliation fees paid by TC.
Final Payout:
1. 30% On commencement of the training batch against validated candidates
2. 50% On successful certification of the trainees
3. 20% Outcome based on placements
STEP 2:
For center opening:

Fill center details form with address proof.
(Address proof- Incorporation/Registration certificate, Telephone bill, Electricity
Bill, Rent Agreement/Lease or service tax registration )
 Fill affiliation and Accreditation fees
 Sign MOU on Rs100 stamp paper and sign on each page
TC get Centre code generated by PMKVY portal
STEP 3:




Develop center as per Job role norms of PMKVY and fix branding
Fill CAAF form and Photos
Center uploaded on PMKVY portal for approval
Center inspection made by QCI team within 2 months. (check grading matrix form)
STEP 4:


After inspection training center gets training target. (Depends on center Grading)

Online Assessment of theory and practical (student attendance must be 80%)

Students Rewards: Rs1450 on 70% marks in exam Rs1000 for Ph students
Certificates distribution (50% amount received)
