Maynard Smith and Prent Kallenberger – Extension of Service Agreements
Byron Energy Limited (“Byron” or the “Company”) (ASX:BYE) is pleased to advise that
Mr Maynard Smith, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr Prent
Kallenberger, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, have agreed to extend
their respective service agreements with the Company by six months. The agreements,
as disclosed on page 33 of the Company’s annual report for the year ended 30 June
2015, have been extended until 24 November 2016, at the current rate of pay. All other
terms of the service agreements for Mr Maynard Smith and Mr Prent Kallenberger
remain unchanged.
