If there are areas of improvement it will provide the supervisor and employee the opportunity to discuss needed supports to help the employee grow. Evaluation Tool Development Department leadership teams have reviewed and updated job descriptions for their department. Based on the updated job descriptions they are helping to develop the tool for their department. Final review of the tool will be completed by the department directors and district office administrators. The evaluation tool will go to the Board for information in early summer and be implemented across all support staff areas for the 2016-17 school year. What is an educational foundation? An educational foundation is a not-for-profit (501c3) organization whose purpose is to support the district’s mission and vision by enhancing the educational opportunities of our students. What is the benefit of an educational foundation? Provides a focused board of community members whose purpose is to support the educational programs of the district. Provides an avenue for individuals and organizations to share resources with our schools.
