I am willing to enter ‘idea2fund’ conducted by MTI Consulting (Private) Limited of 75/6 Ward Place, Colombo
7, Sri Lanka, on the following conditions:








I/we have reviewed the contents on the ‘Application Process’ section in the website –
www.idea2fund.lk and are aware of the selection process and the several terms and conditions
which apply to this application.
All the participants’ entry applications, concept and commercial pr esentations (and the related
attachments) for idea2fund will be shared with all the companies providing the investment pledges
and all the Enablers and Sponsors – as shown in the advertisements (see list below)*. It will also be
shared with the Judges as indicated in the website: www.idea2fund.lk
MTI Consulting reserves the right to change the composition of the Investment Pledgors, Sponsors,
Enablers and Judging Panel, with whom the participants’ entry applications, concept & commercial
presentation (and the related attachments) will be shared.
MTI Consulting has emphasized to all the Enablers, Sponsors, Investment Pledgors and Judges on the
need for confidentiality and the protection of the proprietary contents of the partici pants.
All applications will be subject to review by the staff at MTI consulting and/or the staff of the
Investment Pledges, Sponsors, Enablers and Judging Panel.
MTI Consulting shall be not be held responsible legally or otherwise by the participants, against any
infringements by the Enablers, Sponsors and Investment Pledgors, which MTI has no control of. MTI’s
role is to link those with ideas to those with funds. MTI Consulting cannot be sued or held
responsible for the participants’ ideas, intellectual property and /or related contents submitted to
idea2fund being stolen, misused and /or infringed upon in any manner by any third party.
Participants shall not use the names of MTI Consulting, MTI Corporate Finance, idea2fund, Enabl ers,
Sponsors, Investment Pledgors and /or Judges in any form of media, public or marketing
communications
All decisions of the judging panel will be final.
