Hook A Dad Up Sweepstakes Online Entry Form
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY/WIN PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT
IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes open to residents of the 50 US and
DC-- begins June 11, 2017, ends June 18, 2017. Must be 21 years of age or older.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES.
There are three ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period:
1. by filling out the official entry form online at itrekkers.com
2. by filling out the official entry form online at pier22dining.com
3. by filling out the official entry form in person Father's Day, Sunday, June 18, 2017, at the PIER
22 restaurant: 1200 1ST AVENUE WEST | BRADENTON, FL 34205.
DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING.
Winning odds for Hook A Dad Up sweepstakes depend on the number of entries received. One
winner will be picked at random and notified Monday, June 19. Void where prohibited. One
winner will be selected in a random prize drawing on or about Monday, June 19, 2017. The
odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION.
Sponsors will contact winner by phone and email within approximately two (2) business Days
after the random prize drawing. The email will include directions for claiming prize, liability/prize
acceptance and publicity release (where permitted by law), and any other documentation
reasonably requested by Sponsors, all of which a potential winner must complete and return
within seven (7) business Days of the date the winner receives email notification.
LIMITS.
Employees of PIER 22 or iTREKKERS may not participate in the Hook A Dad Up
Sweepstakes.
GENERAL RELEASE.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Participant hereby releases and agrees to hold the
Sweepstakes Entities harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages
of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether
due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in
the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of any
prize.
PRIZE AVAILABLE.
Winning package includes an iTREKKERS bay fishing adventure for one father and one guest,
and a unique waterfront dining experience from PIER 22— what dad catches on his trek the
PIER 22 culinary team will prepare using innovative cooking methods that bring out the natural
flavors of the fish. Value of PIER 22 restaurant gift card $100.00.
PRIVACY.
Participants’ contact information collected by Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes will
be used by Sponsors for notification purposes only.
Participants may choose to exercise an opt-in choice to receive special email offers,
promotions, and news from Sponsors.
