BIOGRAPHY
Carl Watts was the first player in European Tour history to score -24
under par. A former top 200 world ranked golfer, he won the
inaugural Russian Open and represented England at all levels as an
amateur golfer including winning one of the games major
tournaments, The British Boys Championship.
During his years competing on The European Tour Carl spent time
with and gained invaluable advice and support from the greats of
the game including Colin Montgomerie, Ernie Els, world number one
Greg Norman, he shared practice sessions in Monte Carlo with Seve
Ballesteros, trained with legend Gary Player in Australia and had
practice rounds with the meticulous Bernhard Langer. He beat
Thomas Bjorn in a play-off & had some of the world’s top caddies
caddy for him.

These insights and others are shared during the tour myth
experience focusing on how he went from struggling professional to
record breaker in one week. Over the last 10 years he has delivered
his “Tour Myth” seminar to the Professional Golfers Association &
National Golf Federations. Carl also shares his tour experiences as an
after dinner speaker, at corporate golf events & as a motivational
speaker helping business teams improve performance.
In 2016 Carl will visit golf clubs with “The Tour Myth” UK tour.
Married with four children, Carl lives in Horsham, West Sussex.
