Requirements and Information

Applicants must be enrolled in a college or university for the fall semester of 2016

Applications must be postmarked or received by November 1, 2016.
Applicants must either work for or be a relative of someone who works for a facility with
a full service contract with Community Chaplain Services, Inc.
Prizes of $500, $300 and $200 will be awarded to the winners by December 15, 2016.
