1. Read and watch everything
that is positive
I. Read and watch everything that is positive
We become what we eat. If you do not eat healthy food,
there is no way to expect any healthy life. The same
applies for everything we read and watch.
Confidence has something to do with what we allow into
our mind. Keep away from everything that is negative.
This could be a TV show, news, books, friends, etc. Every
person who put you down and shed your confidence is a
poison to you.
Rejoice instead in positive things, from reading the Bible to
hanging out with people who really make you feel great.

2. Build a confidence code
2. Build a confidence code
Dress and speak confidently. Remember, you need to feel
confident about how people look at you.
Dress in a way that matches your environment and adapt
your Vocabulary. Watch your words and tone.
Substitute your negative expressions with powerful ones.
Choose wisely your words. Build this life-changing habit.
Dress and act in a way to show confidence. A firm
handshake could be the starting point. Work out your body
language.

3. Wake up earlier and have
enough sleep
3. Wake up earlier and have enough sleep
An apple a day, keeps the doctor away. Everybody knows this
expression, don’t you?
Healthy routines will grow your confidence, undoubtedly.
Wake up earlier and feel the rising day. Take an extra hour ahead of
everyone in their bed.
Feel the morning vibes and plan your day wisely. Release the fear of
being late and unprepared. Get ready to take on the day right ahead.
If you fail to prepare, I guarantee you then prepare to fail. There is no
way around.
Sleeping enough and waking up early will help you reboot properly for
the next day and challenges.
3. Wake up earlier and have enough sleep
The quality of your sleep directly affects your mental and physical
health and the quality of your waking life, including your productivity,
emotional balance, brain and heart health, immune system, creativity,
vitality, and even your weight.
No other activity delivers so many benefits with so little effort!
Sleep isn’t merely a time when your body shuts off.
While you rest, your brain stays busy, overseeing biological
maintenance that keeps your body running in top condition, preparing
you for the day ahead.
Without enough hours of restorative sleep, you won’t be able to work,
learn, create, and communicate at a level even close to your true
potential.

4. Build a vision and track
achievements
4. Build a vision and track achievements
The only way to judge your progress is to set a Vision
beforehand, define steps and track down every single
break through.
You need a clear target with measurements to identify your
improvements.
I recommend here to work with somebody who will provide
you with honest feedbacks: FACTS and not OPINIONS.
You need somebody who will walk you through the steps
and encourage you while staying really true to you.
Keep focus and review your vision, goals and plan daily.

5. Practice gratification
5. Practice gratification
Reward yourself. Reward every single improvement. I
recommend planning gratifications right at the beginning of the
process.
Do not decide of the reward along the journey. Buying the latest
video game is to be BANNED 
What I actually mean is all rewards should keep you on track. Do
not allow any reward that will cool you off.
However, the reward must be appealing and so mouthwatering.
I always address this with my BOSSES (YOU) from the get-go.

6. Serve other people
6. Serve other people
It is more blessed to give than to receive.
NO doubt, I promise you will experience the difference when you start
considering this tip.
Helping people is just magical. You grow your confidence because you
feel you are worth of something.
Yes, you have such a huge value that you are just ignoring.
All you need is a start. Start anywhere; start at home with your family.
Serve your community at local church, join a local network, volunteer.
You will interact with a lot of people and your confidence will boost.
Apply this knowledge and enjoy the benefits. 100% guaranteed.

7. Act today and now
7. Act today and now
Do not wait until the right time because today is the perfect time
ever.
You now have the tools to boost your confidence. Still, the best
ingredient is action.
Nothing will happen until you apply this knowledge in your life.
Once applied, you will never be the same again. I would bet my
bottom DOLLAR or whichever your currency now 
Still doubting “how to”? There comes the good news. We can get
there together. I love serving other people…
7. Act today and now
1. Actions activate information
Nothing changes, unless you’re able to use the information to make real,
tangible changes.
2. Actions facilitate the method of elimination
If you do not give it a real try, you will never know what tips do or don’t work
for you.
3. Actions create habits – which lead to success
It’s important to understand that change and success is an ongoing process.
You can’t just take one action, make one attempt, and call it a day.
4. Actions substantiate your sense of accomplishment
If you still cannot take action after joining seminars and reading tons of
books/articles, you’re probally struggling with procrastination.
