As someone using our services you know what
works and what may need improvement which
is why we appreciate your feedback.
Your feedback may be a suggestion, a
compliment or a complaint. You can provide
this feedback in several ways:

care and services provided at FMC.

What do I do if I’m
not happy?
There may be times when you are not happy
with the quality of our service. We can only
improve our service to you if we are aware of
your concerns.
Every complaint is taken very seriously.
You can be confident that a complaint will
not influence the care or treatment you receive.
Your suggestions or complaints are confidential
– they are not documented in your client file.
Who can I speak to?
We encourage you to speak directly to the
Team Leader at the office you are attending.
Raising your concerns directly means they
can be acted upon quickly. However you can
also call, write or email the Executive Manager,
Quality and Service Development.
