2016 Two Yellow Cards Clarification

CNRU
Two Yellow Cards - Rule Clarification
A player receiving two Yellow Cards in a match, must automatically be issued a
Red Card with the red card incident automatically referred to the judiciary.
The Yellow Cards and Red Card must subsequently be treated as separate
matters.
The player’s Yellow Card history reverts back to what it was prior to the match
in which the two Yellow Cards and Red Card were issued.
For example - if the player’s history was nil, the next yellow card would be his
first, if two the next yellow card would be his third.
