its planned listing on the
GEMS by introduction.
Burbidge Capital has
landed a role as lead
advisor while Coulson
Harney and PKF Kenya
arc legal advisers and
reporting accountants,
respectively.
"\X'e have had
discussions with the
NSE," Burbidge Capital
chief executive Edward
Burbidge said in a
telephone interview.
Flame Tree has interests
in fast moving consumer
goods in Kenya, Dubai,
Rwanda, Ethiopia, Sudan
and Mozambique.
