 Membership Development and retention:

Achieve net gain of two members, 2 members. > Net -1 - 8 new members – 9 members stepped down

New – Linda C., Peggy, Jen, Norm L, Mark, Shawn, Janette, Dino

Alumni – Emma, Betty, Marilyn, Stephanie, Herta, James, Don, Jacqueline and Mimi.
 Achieve net gain in female membership, 2 members.> Net -2
 Foundation Giving
 Attain a minimum Annual Fund contribution of US$100 per capita. > US$230 [27 EREY]


Goal US$15,300 / Achieved US$12, 930

EPN Goal US$5,000 / Achieved US$3,941
Have 10 per cent of club members enrolled in Rotary’s recurring giving program, Rotary Direct.

 Humanitarian Service
 Have at least one club member attend a grant management seminar. > November 28 done
 Partner with the Foundation by sponsoring at least one project funded by a global grant or
district grant. > We have a project funded – Hand Up, Cameroon
 Have 75 percent of club members involved in hands-on project participation. > 15 members
involved over a weekend to paint apartment at Michael’s House
 New Generations
 Currently sponsor or co-sponsor a Rotaract Club. > support UOG Rotoract Club
 Have at least three club members mentor a Rotaractor. > John B.
 Public Image
 Update club website and social media using Rotary’s visual identity guidelines. > updated flags
for Ribfest with new logos, updated web site.

Our 2015-2016 Guelph-Trillium Goals
1.
Build on our strengths as a Vibrant Club.
2.
Revitalize our energy and enthusiasm for Ribfest (fundraising) with a
focus on why we do it.
– Renewed partnership with City of Guelph
– Pre-Ribfest Concert – April Wine!!!!
– Co-Chairs for 20th Anniversary.
– A huge THANK YOU to Rance for his leadership for Ribfests 17, 18 and 19!

Strike a committee to plan a celebration for our 25th Anniversary.

• June 17, 2016 – 25th Anniversary Charter Night Celebration.
• Guelph’s Skate board Park - $25,000 donation!

Our 2015-2016 Guelph-Trillium Highlights
• Charlotte joined us on Ribfest Weekend.
– Thank you to Ryan and Angie, Barb and Sam and Peg for hosting and Joe for his work as our
youth exchange coordinator.
– Riley Leach - returned from his youth exchange.
• Paul Harris Fellows – Megan Andrews, Shayne Campbell, Donna Graham, Dan
O’Donnell.
• ENP – Africa achieved a full year polio free, now down to only 17 new cases

• David Halls – Machu Pichu, getting home, and run in with a darkened
staircase.
• RYLA students – Melissa and Montana.
• Colleen and the committee Pub Night, Christmas Party, 25th Ann.
• New club Banners - Mary

• Monthly Seniors Bingo’s – Carrie, Mike’s, Norm
• Syrian refugee assistance.
• DG Will Pugh – Dec meeting
• Community allocation $28,206 to 24 organizations (requests totaled $44,000)
• International projects $15,278, Shelter Box $2,000, Ryan’s Bowl $2,200
• Members had health challenges in the year, our thoughts stay with Seelan,
Gregg, Maureen, Bruce M, Herta,
• One member cleaned out the house this year – Linda C. 2 x 50/50 jackpots,
Maneesh and myself.
• Scotch Nosing – raised $2,750 , 2015 TDG raised $4,750
• 25th Anniversary evening.
