Fredericktown 4th grade students participated in a physical activity and
nutrition program (Sponsored by United Way, Knox County Health Dept.
and the YMCA) during the months of October and November. All students
received a free exercise ball and learned great tips about how to get fit
and eat the correct portion size of the right foods. The program
culminated with an essay contest.
Crunch Out Obesity was created to help kids and families realize the
importance of getting fit and eating the rights foods with the correct portion.
