What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is a creative and transformative process in which you create
a personal deck of collaged cards. Seena Frost, a Marriage and Family
Therapist in Watsonville, CA, developed it by combining her passions for

A deck of SoulCollage® cards has three “Transpersonal Cards;” a
Source card that symbolizes the One, as well as a Witness and a Soul
I completed my SoulCollage®
Facilitator training with Kathryn

M.A. in Organizational Systems,
Essence card.
We speak from the image in the card using the phrase “I Am One Who.” In
this way, we are able to access the true meaning of the card and step into it.
