Raleigh LaxFest Registration Guide
Raleigh LaxFest uses Tourney Machine and Tourney Team to manage our event. These tools will simplify the
Registration, Team Roster, Individual Waiver and Event Scheduling processes. It will also aid US Lacrosse Membership
and Age Verification that is required for US Lacrosse Sanctioning.
Registration consists of two parts: 1. Team Registration, 2. Team Management
TEAM REGISTRATION
Step 1: Account Creation - Organization Points of Contact are required to create a South Wake Sports Account.
Step 2: Add Teams to Account
Step 3: Complete Team Form
Step 4: Add Additional Teams to Account
Step 5: Register Teams for Raleigh LaxFest
Step 6: Begin Raleigh LaxFest Registration Process.
Step 7: Register you First Team
Step 8: Register Additional Teams
Step 9: Select Pay Deposit or Pay in Full
Step 10: Check Out - After all teams have been registered, Complete Check Out
Step 11: Payment – Credit Card Payments are required
TEAM MANAGEMENT
All Organizations competing in Raleigh LaxFest must complete Team Roster Forms and Player Waivers.
Rosters and Waivers will be managed 100% from within Tourney Team – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Step 1: Select a Team to Manage
Step 2: Click Roster Icon
Step 3: Click Add Roster Button
Step 4: Enter Team Roster into Tourney Team
*US Lacrosse Membership #, Grade, Date of Birth and Email Addresses are ALL required!
Step 5: Team List – Upon Entering a Roster you will return to the Team List.
Repeat until all team rosters are complete.
Step 6: Manage Waivers
Step 7: Invite Your Team to Complete Waiver
Step 8: Track Waivers
