19 SEASON OF HOOPS EDUCATION BASKETBALL CAMPS 2017
Co-ed camp dedicated to teaching the game of basketball while stressing sportsmanship,
teamwork, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude on and off the court. The goal is to have a great
time regardless of ability while learning skills and fundamentals to be a good player. Camp
consists of stations, contests, game play, and the ability to learn from coaches with college and
pro experience.

Entering 1st-6th Grade Boys & Girls
FULL DAY:
9:00AM – 3:30 PM - $260
HALF DAY:
9:00 AM – NOON OR 12:30PM – 3:30PM - $195
DAILY RATE: $60 FULL DAY AND $45 FOR HALF DAY (Cash or Check Only)

WHY CHOOSE HOOPS EDUCATION
The Play Hard Hoops summer basketball camps will be a combination of instruction, skill-inspired
contests and game play for boys & girls. Coach Adelman and his staff specializes in tailoring his
basketball instruction for kids from beginner to advanced levels, and will break this camp into
age and skill appropriate groups. Adelman has run basketball camps in 7 different states and
has 12 years of experience as a College & Professional Basketball Coach. Play Hard Hoops has
grown to over 20 basketball camps in 8 different locations and in 2016 over 500 kids participated
in Play Hard Hoops Basketball Camps.

NOON – Lunch – Dismissal For ½ Day Campers

losses that I may sustain or incur, if any, while attending, engaging, practicing, participating or
witnessing activity and/or certain event(s) occurring in or about the premises or at any offsite
location. I hereby assume full risk, waive all claims and release and Hoops Education LLC (Play
Hard Hoops), individually or otherwise, harmless for any and all liability, claims, suits, damages,
expenses, fees, actions, or rights of action or judgments as a result of injury or death to myself or
members of my family or heirs, or my guests, or damage, destruction or loss to my property,
which in any way relates to, arises out of, or is in any way connected with my presence on the
premises, or my participation in events of activities thereon, or the negligent acts or omissions of
the releases or any other third party.
I agree to wear all protective equipment required while participating in the activity, and I am fully
aware and understand that Hoops Education LLC (Play Hard Hoops),does not have on or about
the premises, or employ or contract with any medical services, provisions for ordinary or
emergency medical services.
In consideration of my participation in and the use of the Hoops Education LLC (Play Hard
Hoops), premises or facilities, I hereby release and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises
(releases), shareholders, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates and
lessees from any and all claims resulting from any physical injury that may occur to me while
participating in any program or event sponsored by Hoops Education LLC (Play Hard Hoops),
I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE RELEASE/WAIVER AND FULLY
UNDERSTAND I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER
