Program
Description
The “Green to Gold” program focuses on providing student veterans with
coaching & mentorship in the areas of personal finance, goal setting, & career
development. Motivated veterans of any era not in school are also welcome!

Serve as mentor to help the next veteran

veterans of their legacy

Brainstorm ideas for best utilizing and
growing contents within their container

Develop a vision for your future and “next
mission” statement

Create initial draft Individual Development
Plan (IDP)
After the session, veterans meet with facilitator for IDP mentoring session
