Subject: WebCOR’s Printing Configurations
1.1 Browser Setting
1) Open Internet Options at Start  Control Panel.
2) Go to tab panel, Security panel, click on Trusted icon. Then, click Default Level
button (Figure 1.1)

3) Following by clicking on button Custom Level, a Security Setting window will
be shown (Figure 1.2). Make sure option for Initialize and Script ActiveX
controls not marked as Safe is Enable.

1.2 Printer Setting – Paper Size must set to A4
Note:
Configuration below is based on HP LaserJet P4015. It might be different on different
model of printer.
1) Open Printer window at Start  Devices & Printer
2) Double click the selected printer.
3) A Printer Properties window is shown.
4) Single or double click the Adjust print options.
5) Select the Paper Quality Tab and change the Paper Size to A4.
