All matches are played with 45 minute halves unless indicated. League indicated with (*) are interchange.

Where there is a cup match involving teams from two different two divisions, the rate paid is that of the
highest level competing club in that particular match.

NPL Senior, State League and Amateur Premier (incl. Reserves) match fees will be invoiced to the home club
by Football West (subject to an additional 10% GST).

Additional travel allowance is paid to those referees travelling from the metropolitan area to State League
appointments in Bunbury (South West Phoenix) at a rate of $60.00 per referee.

PSA match fees will be invoiced directly to the PSA / School (subject to an additional 10% GST).

All other match fees (including Amateur Cup with two Premier teams) are to be paid in cash directly to the
referee(s) prior to the match, with each team to pay 50% of the total match fee listed above.

Friendly matches (5 days notice) and tournaments/carnivals (28 days notice) require completion of necessary
request forms. Tournaments/carnivals may involve an additional administrative fee.
