Requirements
Cleveland (April 20, 2015) – The Northeast Ohio Health Underwriters Association (NEOHUA) will present
“Insurance Agents, What you should know about your Clients' ACA Requirements” on Wednesday, May
20 at 8:00 a.m. at the Brecksville Community Center, One Community Center Drive, Brecksville, Ohio.
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is one of the most significant workplace laws of the last couple of decades
and brings unique changes to workforce planning and benefits management for employers with 50 or

requirements. These ACA requirements include complete headcount and wage calculations, along with
extensive reporting requirements. Any errors in calculations can translate into significant penalties.

Dan assists businesses with ACA employer mandate compliance solutions, while providing ongoing
support through the ACA life cycle. Dan has been in the business of insurance since 1975, with a
concentration in employee benefits for both large and small employers, municipalities and associations.
