Chorleywood Common Youth FC, would like to invite you to their annual end of season
tournament which again this year will be 7-a-side. (to be sanctioned by the Herts FA) at
their Chorleywood House grounds on Sunday 2nd June 2013
The Tournament will be for u7 + u8 (Fun Football) plus u9, u10 and u11 ages this year.
All players in the Fun Football section will receive a medal. In the u9 to u11 age groups there
will be trophies for the winners, runners-up, and best players.
The competition will be played on a league basis, with games being 10 minutes each way.
The Group winners going forward to semi finals and subsequent final.
Squads are a MAXIMUM of 10 players.
Precise times and further details including all rules of the tournament will be in the
programme which we will forward a copy of to each manager nearer the time.
Parking and entry programme on the day will be £2.
Entry forms should be returned by 20th April at the latest (earlier if possible as entries are
taken on a first come first served basis). For our last tournament the response was very heavy
in some age groups and meant numerous teams were unfortunately left disappointed – so I
would advise you to respond as early as possible.
Throughout the day refreshments will be available including hot and cold drinks, various
snacks, along with a Barbeque and ice cream van.

We are willing to abide by the rules of the tournament and realise if we are unable to fulfil our
commitment on the 2nd June 2013, no monies will be refunded. For the benefit of other competing
teams we will give as much notice as possible, should we have to pull out.
