Please note: Base rental of the facility includes a certain amount of services as listed in the rate schedule. Fee schedules
listed below are for special services in addition to that provided under base rental, subject to availability. For additional
information to assist in budget preparation, contact your Event Coordinator.
A/C 24 hr. service..............................................................................................................$200/hall/hour
Air Conditioning and heating (HVAC) in exhibition halls is provided complimentary
on leased show days (not to exceed 12 hours per day) for the following activities:
show hours, rehearsals and in-hall registration. Air conditioning or heating on
leased move-in days (including in-hall registration) and move-out days or beyond
twelve (12) hours per day on leased show days will be charged $200 per hall
per hour rate for HVAC services.

and material basis. All exhibit booth work is performed based on “GWCC and Dome Electrical Service Order Form” rates.

All material and equipment furnished by the Georgia World Congress Center for this service order shall remain the
property of the Congress Center and shall be removed ONLY by house technicians at the close of show.
