Right provided for we the People; within the Remedies at common law; withstanding the

3. This is an Official Legal Notice as of its creation date herewith all: I am not in
receipt of evidence in rebuttal via counter-Affidavit from Respondents that
controverts the deposed truth contained in it (Exhibit A), when there is the clear duty
for officials in the IRS and SSA to speak; thereby collaborating the prima facie
evidence of itsaid Acceptance by Silence of same said.
4. Notice is hereby served: The SSAN Trust ID: 092402212(void) is hereby liquidated

5. This is my legal Notice of Fault and final 72 hour opportunity to cure, redirected to

venue and agency to petition for the return of Social Security payments conveyed in
error during my working life. SSA Private Writ of Replevin, (Exhibit A) dated July
20th, anno Domini 2005, is hereto attached; herewith.
8. In accord with said publication, the following statements are declared here following:
a. I, the Signatory, Robert Vincent Crifasi, in Good Faith, petitioned those reachable
past private payers erroneously, [at CCC-1103], reporting ‘wages’ to third party
foreign already said corporations and conveying my just compensation to the SSA
and IRS based on the amounts listed & captured in the SS Statement of Account
dated Dec. 30, 2004, [Exhibit C].
b. I am not in receipt of evidence to controvert the common respected truth:
Occupations in “Common right” are rights, not privileges granted under federal
jurisdiction.

c. In good faith, I petitioned same for the return of Social Security payments
conveyed under coercion, [at CCC-1207], from my private pay accounts; during
all the calendar years in reversal; amounts listed, captured in said statement:

d. I have tried; or otherwise, I am unable to obtain the refund of my just
compensation, taken under fraudulent pretext by the misinformed people at work
in the payroll departments of the private companies that I formerly worked with;
in all the listed calendar years in reversal, [at CCC-1103]; perhaps due to
government propaganda and corporate fear of retaliation by said agencies.
e. The herewith SSA Private Writ of Replevin action and same liquefaction of said
SSA Trust account is: Justified, legal, lawful and honorable withstanding the Bill
of Rights; the constitutions for the several States of America, which prohibit
peonage and involuntarily servitude; the federal and state civil and commercial
statutes: at CCC-1103; CCC-1207; UCC 1-308; UCC 1-103; or otherwise, which
prohibit extortion; fraud, coercion and other civil and commercial offenses.
9. I am not in receipt of any affirmative evidence that proves beyond reasonable doubt.
That my One created Spirit and active Life, is created and born in any way connected
with, or inferior to; or subjected to said SSA / IRS inclusive corporation rules.
10. I believe no said evidence lawfully exists.
11. I am in not receipt of bona fide evidence proving that my walk in the Spirit is subject
to the ex-SSAN record: # 092402212(void), from in the very-first-place.

12. Notice is hereby served again: I, Robert Vincent Crifasi, the living, breathing,
walking Spirit, presume no responsibility in Assumpsit for the gross material faults
found still existing in the previously mentioned record; or otherwize, for the
continuing existence of the record itself. Liquidate it, at once!
13. Any and all presumed obligation in Assumpsit concerning said records is herein
and hereby utterly canceled, rendered null & void and liquidated, nunc pro tunc
and ab initio.
14. The proper administrative authorities listed previously herein are in receipt of said
Notice concerning my rightful law abiding stand and my demand for Replevin of the
said Trust ID; same in receipt of the undefeated affirmations contained therein; my

filed Affidavits containing true data. Nevertheless, said agents refuse to take the right
compensatory actions, so far.
15. Herewith I withstand my lawful Right to Living, breathing, working, supplicating in
the supreme Worship; in My naked au Naturel Spirit, My altogether Being:
Incarnate, abiding within the perfect law of Liberty.
16. I do not / did not / never will, waive my Right at common due process; at any time.
17. I believe no such evidence exists that controverts aforesaid, and so I declare here
again; now, My lawful exercise to my Right of Avoidance; to ‘walk away’ from; to
‘hang-up’ on; or otherwise: To immediately terminate any / all unlawful demands
from said miscreants at work.
18. Without the demanded simple proof to lay claims upon Me, entered into evidence:

faults; the underlying statutes purported to impose a special Social Security tax and
‘1040’ liability upon Me, from in the very-first-place.
20. Without the cover of a duly notarized counter-Affidavit, duly subscribed and sworn;
how can One’s reasonable common mind just blindly accept and merely presume as
truth, the possible errors; or the flat-out lies told by said agents; merely presuming
untruths as facts; falsely indicating statements under ‘color’ of authority, digitally
scribbled on the face of said agents incriminating, fraudulent “flypapers”; or
“legislated from the bench”; or otherwise, proffered as true; complete and not meant
to mislead?
21. Justly, show me the Proof that binds my free Spirit under government contract or to a
fully disclosed bi-lateral written agreement! Wet ink signed under notary jurat: I will
reconsider!
22. I simply and rightly; do not consent nor volunteer myself, to itsaid bamboozling; or
misguiding; or hoodwinking; or to be bullied into submission by the negligent; or
otherwise, the willful omission of fatal material facts by said.

24. Please, just simply honor my law abiding conditional acceptance, at once –

26. I am not in receipt of any bona fide evidence from itsaid to say contrary, and I believe
it does not exist.
27. However, I am in receipt of the IMF-MCC transcripts concerning said file number,
dated June 2003 and again, February 2005; wherein, there is clear evidence of
transactions compromised and material gross faulty data entered into the record;
tampering with the entries to match the whim of anonymous agents; perhaps, to
engage the computer program to allow otherwise invalid transactions.
28. Thereby, the entire record is deemed: Falsified; ‘compromised;’ invalid and shown to
be bogus, ab initio; from the very beginning.
29. Take Heed! The Whistle is blowing in the marketplaces; Wisdom is sounding
unavoidably loud in the streets; clearly and for all People with ears to hear!
30. The Respondents seem literally, to intentionally cause me ongoing hardship by not
providing said simple proof, nor the prompt return of my Just Compensation. Foul!
31. Instead of doing right, the demon stated response from agents in general is to act the
Vancombe-lady-like; cover the ears with the palms of the hands; forget all about the
new IRS Mission Statement and scream madly: Friv! O!! Lous!!! ~ Friv! O!! Lous!!!
32. Respondents obstinately and wrongfully do not provide any proof entered into
evidence that satisfies the required “burden of proof” as to the authority by which
statute; especially the implementing regulation, imposes a ‘Social Security tax;’ or a
33. “1040 tax” liability upon my daily Bread, so far. I believe it is non-existent.
34. How did itsaid become the lord superior, anyway? By the whose authority; written in
what Binder, empowers said deFacto corporation to lay claim over my Divinely

computer generated paper tigers; all said unverified, to subjugate myself to the

‘subject’ of the SSA record #092402212(void); or that I ‘elected’ under full

45. Said actions by itsaid lie in dishonor, plainly exposing the possible criminal intent of

47. Said agents are under Notice and strongly cautioned by me regarding the unlawful
and illegal road they are traveling. This is my strong warning to the assistant chief
counsel, SF area: Thee individual responsible for proper service of process, to curtail
the actions of the misgiving agents in Fresno from continuing their injurious,
destructive course of actions; which continue causing me grief and undue hardship for

54. It is my stead-fastest conviction, gained through recent discovery of the fatal facts
heretofore undisclosed to me; by my diligent research into the Social Security Ponzi
scheme and Title 26 IRC and others, that by enacted federal law and the Legislative
intent of the 16th Amendment, that I am a “nontaxpayer,” if anything, as I am neither
the subject nor the object of federal revenue laws.
55. It is my stand that I never intended, under full knowledge of the undisclosed material
facts recently brought to my attention concerning the unilateral agreement; the
creation of presumed juristic obligations resulting from signing the Social Security
Form SS-5 application.
