1. I understand that, 100% attendance in classes is compulsory as stipulated by AKTU ordinances
and I commit myself to adhere to the same. I will be regular and punctual to all the classes
(theory/practical/drawing) and secure attendance of not less than 75% in each subject.
2. I also understand, in case my attendance falls short, for any reason, and if I don’t secure
attendance more than 75% attendance, I shall be detained and not allowed to appear for the
Term End Examinations.
3. I am fully aware that attendance less than 75% in any of the subjects will make me lose one
year.
4. I will conduct myself in a highly disciplined and decent manner both inside the classroom and in
the campus, failing which suitable action may be taken against me as per the rules and regulations
of the College
5. I, hereby declare that, I will neither join in any coercive agitation/strike for the purpose of forcing
the authorities of the college to solve any problem, nor I will participate in any activity which has
a tendency to disturb the peace and tranquility of life of the college premises.
6. I will concentrate on my studies without wasting time in the Campus/Hostel/Residence and
attend all the tests to secure more than the minimum prescribed marks in each subject. I will
submit the assignments given in time to improve my performance.
7. I am fully aware that Mass Bunk is a gross act of indiscipline. I do hereby undertake that I will
not indulge in mass bunk under any circumstances, failing which severe action may be taken
against me as per the KIET rules and regulations.
8. I will not cause or involve in any sort of violence or disturbance both within and outside the
college campus.
9. If I absent continuously for 3 classes, my parents will have to meet/inform the concerned
Mentor/ Coordinator /HoD.
10. I ensure that celebration of any kind of activity by me will not cause any inconvenience or
involve me in any sort of physical handling or disturbance within and outside the college
campus.

1. I am feeling extremely sorry for remaining in hostel at the time of classes and labs in spite of
filling declaration and undertaking. For this offence I am aware that 2 marks from GP will be
deducted for this semester.
2. I am also aware that if this happens next time, I will not be given entry in the class room and lab
unless my parents meet the Head, and give the consent for my attendance.
