Her Majesty I n Council the Scheme which I s s e t out i n the Schedule t o
this Order:
And whereas the provisions of the Pastoral Measure 1983 relating to
t h e reparation and submission o f the said Scheme have been duly
cmphed w t t k
Now, therefore. Her Majesty, by and wHh the advice of Her Privy
Council, i s pleased hereby t o confirm the said Scheme.

This Scheme i s made by the Church Cwnmissioners this 11th day of
August 1992 i n pursuance of the Pastoral Measure 1983, the Right
Reverend Petal", Bishop of Norwith, having consented thereto.
Union of parishes
I.
The parish of Acle and the parish o f fishley, being two of the
parishes within the area o f the benefice o f Acle with Fishley and Horth
Burlingham In the diocese o f Norwich, shall be u n H d t o create a new
parish which shall be named "The Parish o f Acle u i t h Fishley".
Parish churches

Tbe parish church o f the parish of Acle and the parish church of
Fishley shall both be parish churches o f the new parish.

Archdeaconry and deanery
The new parish shall belong to the archdeaconry o f Norwich and the
deanery o f B l o f l e l d .
