Move-In Day Instructions
Please plan to arrive at your assigned residence building between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 19th.
Keep in mind that all apartments are furnished and due to limited space, less is more.
Residents of Clark – 8 Clark Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201
Arrive: Approach the building via Clark Street from the east. The entrance for the Clark Residence will be on your left.
Unload: Pull up to the curb and call King’s staff at 646-770-5577. The key is to rapidly unload, and then move your
vehicle so another family may use the unloading space.
Park: Find metered parking on the street or park in a nearby parking garage. There are garages at 1 Pierrepoint Plaza
(between Columbia Heights and Willow Street) and 75 Henry Street (between Pineapple Street and Orange Street).
Residents of Hanover – 10 Hanover Square, New York, New York 10005
Arrive: Approach the building via Water Street from the north. Take a right onto Hanover Square, the building
entrance is between Water Street and Pearl Street.
Unload: Pull up to the curb and call King’s staff at 646-242-4411. The key is to rapidly unload, and then move your
vehicle so another family may use the unloading space.
Park: Find metered parking on the street or park in a nearby parking garage. There is a garage at 7 Hanover Square.
Residents of Wall – 95 Wall Street, New York, New York 10005
Arrive: Approach the building via Water Street from the south. The building entrance for the Wall Residence is on
Water Street, between Wall Street and Gouverneur Lane.
Unload: Pull up to the curb and call King’s staff at 646-242-4411. The key is to rapidly unload, and then move your
vehicle so another family may use the unloading space.
Park: Find metered parking on the street or park in a nearby parking garage. There is a garage at 95 Wall Street.
Residents of Washington – 90 Washington Street, New York, New York 10006
Arrive: Approach the building from the south via West Street. The service entrance for the Washington Residence will
be on your right at a day care.
Unload: Pull up to the curb and call King’s staff at 646-242-4411. The key is to rapidly unload, and then move your
vehicle so another family may use the unloading space.
Park: Find metered parking on the street or park in a nearby parking garage.
Residents of West – 1 West Street, New York, New York 10004
Arrive: Approach the building from the south via West Street. The service entrance for the West Residence will be on
your right at a parking garage.
Unload: Pull up to the curb and call King’s staff at 646-242-4411. The key is to rapidly unload, and then move your
vehicle so another family may use the unloading space.
Park: Find metered parking on the street or park in a nearby parking garage. There is a garage at 1 West Street.
