Competition Format
Prizes
Teams compete using the Swaythling Cup format playing the
best 5 out of 9 singles matches. Each team may have 3 to 5
members with 3 playing in each round (A, B, & C and X, Y, & Z).
Each team member plays up to 3 singles matches per round. All
matches are 3 games out of 5 games to 11 points.

The top-rated player on teams with a rating difference of 400
points or more between the top-rated player and the lowest rated
player must compete in at least 20% of the matches after the
preliminary round.

Competition Schedule
Tournament Committee & Referee
Day One: Saturday, May 27, 9 AM to 9 PM. Preliminary
rounds for division placement followed by division play
Day Two: Sunday, May 28, 9 AM to 7 PM. Division play & finals

Rounds: Expect to play in 8+ rounds of competition
Proof of Membership
All players must show proof of membership with USATT or ITTF
recognized body. Membership can be renewed at the event.
($45 for juniors; $45 for college students with ID; $75 for Adults).
You may also purchase a tournament pass for $20. Players
must show proof of membership.
International players must show membership credentials from
their association.
Policies
All USATT regulations apply including dress code. No prizes
awarded for splits, dumps, defaults, or no-shows. USATT
approved tie-breaking procedures will be used. Events may be
modified at the discretion of the tournament director. All
decisions of the tournament committee are final. Latest
available ratings used for seeding .
Refunds
No refunds after the deadline date, May 13, 2017.
$100 Administration fee applied to all refunds. Refunds processed
30 days after the end of the tournament.
Entry Fee & Entry Deadline
$585 per team (3-5 players) plus $10 per person registration fee.
Entry deadline is Sunday, May 21, 2017 or when 64 teams enter.

Tournament Equipment & Conditions
Only USATT approved equipment will be used with
ButterflyTables and white Butterfly G40+ three-star plastic
balls. GerFlor or wood flooring with excellent lighting for all
divisions. New building with excellent air conditioning!
