Teach - 1.Overview of resources - Lifetime Training Group

Overview of resources
Aim of the Project:
The project’s long-term aim is to develop a delivery workforce able to equip employers’ staff to better support apprentices in
their workplace, to play an active role in their delivery and ultimately provide truly employer owned Apprenticeships. This
will be achieved through the delivery of a 3 day training programme leading to the Level 4 Certificate in Education and
Training to 50 of our training delivery workforce.
Through the training delivered LTG staff will;

Increase awareness of Apprenticeship requirements amongst employers so that they better understand learners’
needs (including those from vulnerable and excluded groups)

Be provided with a toolkit that better enables them to communicate with employers in the most effective way

Have improved self-confidence, enabling them to better promote Apprenticeships, better promote Lifetime and
better promote themselves

Improve the quality of customer service that they deliver to employers

Optimise engagement with employers

Deliver a better quality and rewarding experience to every learner
How to develop resources to meet individual training
provider’s requirements:

together, although the programme has been developed as part of ASSP commissioned and funded by the Education and

Certificate in Education and Training qualification delivered through City and Guilds.

framework, if required. The units covered within this suite of resources are:
