Dear Parents
I would like to thank you for your great support of the very successful Christmas Fair held in
the school on Saturday 3rd December. A special word of thanks to our Parents Association
who did a fantastic job organising the Fair.
The P1, 2 and 3 children will be performing their nativity productions this Thursday 15th and
Friday 16th at 10.00am. The P1 children will perform first followed immediately by the P2 and
P3 children.
The last Breakfast Club will be on Monday 19th December. It will recommence on Thursday 5th
January.
The children will have their Christmas party on Monday 19th December. It will not be
necessary for them to wear school uniform on Monday 19th or Tuesday 20th December.
The deadline for applications for next year’s P1 intake is noon on Wednesday 11th January .
The children will finish on Tuesday 20th December at 11.00am for the Christmas holiday.
They will return to school for the beginning of the second term on Thursday 5th January.
After Christmas, beginning on Friday 6th January, we are adjusting the times the classes will
be let out of school on Friday afternoons in an attempt to alleviate at least some of the
congestion. The P1 to P3 classes will be dismissed at 1.55pm and the P4 to P7 classes will be
dismissed at 2.10pm. COULD I APPEAL TO YOU AGAIN NOT TO PARK ON THE
ZIG ZAG LINES AT THE FRONT OF THE SCHOOL. Parking on these lines puts our
children’s safety at risk.
