What is the ketel one club?
The Ketel One Club is a private, members-only club for Blackhawks
and Bulls season ticket holders. The Ketel One Club serves a full a
la carte menu with a dining room seating capacity of 200 people.
Plus, a full service bar offering a wide variety of microbrewed beers,
martinis and premium cocktails.
How do i get there?
From outside the United Center, enter through Gate 7, located
at the southwest corner of the building. Once inside, the Ketel
One Club entrance is located across from Section 118 next to
Fandemonium.

The spectacular, exclusive Ketel One Club at the United
Center is your own personal backstage pass.
Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago Bulls season ticket holders
have the opportunity to join an exclusive club at the United
Center. The Ketel One Club is located backstage adjacent
to the talent corridor on the Lower Level and features
contemporary American cuisine.
Call today and assure your membership in the hottest spot for
dining, entertaining and socializing at the United Center. The
Club is accessible for members before, during and after events.
The interior of the Club is spectacular. Rich mahogany wood
in a friendly, open space invites socializing and conversation.
From within the Club, members can watch as the players and
entertainers make their way through the private talent corridor
to their dressing rooms. There’s a real feeling of being behind
the scenes, and the Ketel One Club is the perfect atmosphere
for a pre-game dinner with clients, or cocktails, a light meal
and dessert with friends after the final horn.

Who can be a member?
Any season ticket holder on the 100 or 300 Level may become a
member of the Ketel One Club. A membership is limited to the
team for which season tickets are held. For example, Bulls members
may not utilize the Club during Blackhawks games or vice versa.
What about other united center events?
On an event by event basis, the Ketel One Club may be open.
Members have first priority, but the Ketel One Club may also be
open to the general public for special events.
What is the cost of a membership?
The annual fee for a membership is $300 per season ticket
held. One access pass per event is issued for each membership.
Memberships may not exceed the total number of season tickets
held, but may be less than that number.
How do i become a member?
You can become a Club member in the following ways:
1. By mail, complete the application provided herein.
2. By fax, complete the application provided and fax
to (312) 455-7426.
3. By telephone, call (312) 455-7077.
Memberships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Aside from your phone number and address, you will need to have
your season ticket, account name, section, row and seat number, as
well as credit card information ready when you call.
What are the access passes?
Each person wishing to enter the Ketel One Club is required to have
a game ticket and an access pass for the particular event. As entrance
is permitted into the Ketel One Club, the access pass is forfeited and
an ultraviolet stamp will be placed on the left hand. The stamp will
allow access into the Ketel One Club throughout the event. Guests
without access passes or hand stamps cannot be admitted.
If i give away my access passes can i still utilize the Club
or can i bring non-members in?
No. Everyone who enters the Ketel One Club (including the
members) must have an access pass.
Can i bring in people from other levels?
As long as a game ticket and Ketel One Club access pass are in
hand, anyone may enter.
When will receive my access passes?
In most cases, access passes to the Ketel One Club will be mailed
with season tickets. If that is not practical, access passes will come
under separate cover before the team’s first pre-season home game.
What kind of food is offered?
The Ketel One Club’s exciting new menu will offer members
Contemporary American Cuisine entrées including steak, seafood
and pasta dishes. Menu selections are available from two hours
prior until thirty minutes after each event. The bar offers a wide
variety of microbrewed beers, martinis and premium cocktails.
What are the hours of operation?
The Ketel One Club opens two hours prior to each event with
continuous service until one hour afterwards. However, in keeping
with United Center policy, hours are subject to change for certain
events. Guests with early dinner reservations may enter the Ketel
One Club through Gate 7, prior to the general gates opening.
How do I make dinner reservations?
Dinner reservations for members are accepted two weeks prior
to each event. Reservations can be made for a party equal to or
less than the number of memberships held. Reservations will be
accepted by calling (312) 455-7077 Monday through Friday from
9am to 5pm, subject to availability.
Where do I park?
Members arriving with early dinner reservations before the
general parking lots are open are admitted to Lot K, located on
the southwest corner of the building, for the standard parking fee.
Parking is subject to availability.
Is there a dress code?
Dress is casual, however, cut-off shorts, ripped or torn jeans,
T-shirts or tank tops are not allowed in the Ketel One Club.
Team jerseys are acceptable. It is important for Club Members
to notify their guests of the dress code policy.
Are children allowed?
Children are permitted into the Club. If a child requires a ticket
to the game, he or she must also have a Ketel One Club access pass.
Anyone entering the Club must be 21 years of age or older unless
accompanied by an adult.
What is the smoking policy?
In accordance with the Chicago Clean Indoor Air Ordinance of
2005, the United Center is a smoke-free facility.
What is the payment policy?
The Ketel One Club accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express for all food, beverage and novelty purchases.
