Club Accomplishments
• Coach Certification
• Over 95% of our Head Coaches are US Lacrosse Level 1 CEP Certified
• 100% of our Assistant Coaches are US Lacrosse Level 1 Certified and more
than 50% are US Lacrosse Level 1 CEP Certified
• Club Turf Field
• PWLC named Saunders MS Turf Field as home field
• Hosted over 115 NVYLL home games (Saturday and Sunday), scrimmages,
and tournament
• All Girls / Boys Teams practiced on Turf from March 1 – June 6
• Reduction in PWLC grass field expenses; lining ~$2,250
• Growing Lacrosse Community
• PWC High School – Coach / Player team building, Student Community
Service Hours (giving back to the Club where they started lacrosse)
• Go Big – Rich Klares, NVCC
• TripleEdge Lacrosse – Patrick Stewart, Off-Season Team Building
Competitive Play; Summer, Fall and Winter PWLC Player Teams

• Negotiated an NVYLL options for small clubs at the UB Division to be more
competitive

• Improved Mass Communications
• Opened Royals Lacrosse Facebook; over 300 Friends / Followers
• Summer Pick Up Games
• Launched a Tuesday / Thursday Pick Up Games; offering players across
the County to play together on PWLC Saunders MS Turf Field under the
lights
• Coaching Slate
• Boys and Girls Programs have already put into action the 2015 Season
Coaching Slate based on 2014 player registration data and anticipated
growth through Fall Clinic / Scrimmages and Tournaments
