By signing this application, I realize that I am READY TO PLAY and will represent myself and PlayNation™ Poker Ltd., and its
local distributors, hereafter collectively known as “PNP”, in a positive manner.
1.
PlayNation™ membership and benefits are provided at the sole discretion of PNP. Membership in the PNP program is
free and available to individuals of legal drinking age in the province in which they play.
2.
I am of legal age in the province in which I am playing and will notify PNP if I am not of legal age for any tournament in
which I am invited to participate to be held outside of my home province listed above.
3.
I will not knowingly provide inaccurate information to PNP. I accept that providing false information to PNP on this
registration form invalidates my membership and any benefits or perceived benefits that come with my membership.
4.
I accept and will abide by all tournament rules and the code of conduct as stated on the PNP website
(www.playnationpoker.com™) and/or provided to me by the Tournament Director. PNP reserves the right to modify,
add or delete these program rules at any time with or without notice, though PNP will attempt to provide reasonable
notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other
pages on the website on a regular basis in order to determine if PNP has amended any provision.
5.
Any abuse of the program or failure to follow program rules may result in the termination of membership and
forfeiture of all benefits or perceived benefits. I accept that any violation of the rules and regulations of PNP, instances
of poor sportsmanship, cheating, collusion and/or verbal/physical abuse will result in termination of my membership
and agree to forfeit any benefits or perceived benefits of that membership upon termination.
6.
Players who choose to accept a seat at any PNP sponsored tournament be it area, provincial, national, or any other
land-based events produced by PNP, hereby grants the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes
without further compensation.
7.
I agree to abide by Canadian law and will do no wagering, betting and/or side-betting at the PNP produced games. I
understand that no money shall ever be on the table at a PNP produced event. I also understand that all chips and
tokens used in the PNP games have no monetary value or implied monetary value whatsoever. I understand that I will
receive no direct/indirect financial gain as a result of playing in the PlayNation Poker League.
8.
Membership is offered at the discretion of PNP. PNP may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to
deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review. PNP reserves the right to terminate or amend the program
membership and benefits at its sole discretion and at any time.
9.
PNP retains the sole right to interpret and apply the rules.
10. Decisions of PNP’s staff and management about any aspect of the program will be final.
