The Situation – The Organisational Development Team
wanted to explore new ways of engaging clinical and
non-clinical staff of the NHS Trust in dialogue about
change and organisational development.
They could have chosen traditional workshop models to
engage their workforce, but wanted to take a fresh look
at alternative tools that fostered greater engagement in
a dynamic and creative way.
The LEGO® Serious Play® Method, provided by
ChangeLeaf, proved to be a successful alternative as it
provided the Organisational Development Team with
new insight into how they could engage the Trust’s
workforce in collaborative discussion, whilst building
team dynamics
The Result – during the session,
delegates explored change,
discussed their approach to
leadership and engaged in
imaginative innovation in a fun and
creative way, leaving the
team motivated, enthused and with
new tools to engage the workforce.
