HOLT TOWN COUNCIL - GRANT APPLICATION FORM 2017
Each year Holt Town Council sets aside a small amount of money to support local projects and
organisations. The money, paid out as a donation, can be applied for by any organisation in Holt which will
benefit the community of Holt. Please complete the form below and return to the Town Council,
Community Centre, Kerridge Way, Holt, email [email protected]. Grant applications received
by 30th June will be considered at the July Town Council meeting. Payment of any grant awarded will be
made in July. The Council may have a second round of funding in December 2017

Please note that in the event of a grant application being successful we would like to receive an
acknowledgement of our donation, and a brief report within 6 months about the progress of your project
with evidence of expenditure for the purpose identified in the application.
