GENERAL RULES
Bingo Chat Games
















Chat games are only open to active players. For the purposes of these rules, an “active
player” refers to a player who is holding at least one (1) card for the bingo game during
which the chat game is played.
At least five (5) players must be present in the chat room for a chat game to begin.
As applicable, players must choose numbers from the set in play in the hall where they are
playing (e.g. between 1 and 75 if the draw in the hall where the player is playing is made
from a set of 75 balls, or between 1 and 90 if the draw in the hall where the player is playing
is made from a set of 90 balls, etc.).
As applicable, players must mark each selected number with an asterisk (e.g. *5*23*45).
Players may take part in a chat game until the host types “NO MORE ANSWERS WILL BE
ACCEPTED.” No written response will be accepted after this statement.
Players may play a game in only one (1) game chat room at a time.
Players may participate only once per game. In the event that a player enters more than one
answer in a single game, only the first answer submitted will be considered.
Except for the Horse Race game, only one prize will be awarded per game.
As applicable, at time of prize claim, the name of the game must be typed in capital letters,
preceded and followed by three asterisks (***) (e.g. ***DOUBLE TROUBLE***).
The chat game ends as soon the name of the winner is confirmed by the host. The winner
must be present in the room to receive his prize. In the event that a player claiming a prize
does not comply with all the rules herein, including those applicable to the chat game
underway, the chat game will continue until a player who complies with all the rules herein
is declared the winner.
Unless otherwise stipulated, prizes are paid as free bets and must be accepted “as is.” They
may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or transferred. Free bets may be used in
compliance with the conditions indicated on Espacejeux.com, available in the player’s
account under My Promotions in the My Account section.
Espacejeux reserves the right to cancel or suspend any chat game at any time as
circumstances warrant. Espacejeux declines all liability towards anyone if a game is
cancelled or delayed or in case of computer failure or malfunction.
Espacejeux declines all liability for any incident or event that may prevent an individual from
complying with the rules and/or stipulated deadlines relating to a chat game, participating
in a chat game or claiming a prize in accordance with prescribed conditions or deadlines.
Any conflict arising during the chat game will be submitted, as appropriate, to the game
host, whose decisions are final and may not be appealed.
Espacejeux reserves the right to withdraw or add chat games at any time, without prior
notice.
Espacejeux reserves the right to amend the rules herein, in which case revised rules will be
made available to the public.
