IMPORTANT
The following page is a part of this registration contract and must be signed and
returned with this information page. Issuance of parking tags is dependent on all
portions of this document being complete.
2017 Football Game Day Parking Rules & Regulations
1. The lot will open at 6:00am for noon games and 7:00am for all other Saturday game
times. In the event of a Thursday night game, Parking generally opens by midafternoon.
2. Vehicles must be parked between lines of a space.
3. All trash and refuse should be bagged and moved to collection points around the area.
As many trash receptacles as possible will be made available.
4. No charcoal burning or fire pits are permitted on the property. Gas grills are
acceptable, but please service any grease traps to prevent spills on our pavement.
5. Guests may use the area within their designated parking space as well as areas along
sidewalks, but may not occupy lawn or garden areas that are not designated for that
purpose. In all cases, a guest should only have one 10 x 10 tent set up behind their
vehicle. All roadways must remain open and passable, especially the back alley,
(Addison Lane-By the Order of the City of Clemson Police and Clemson Fire
Department), and the drive path through the upper Grass lot.
6. Holy Trinity Church expects guests to recognize that they are on church property and
to act accordingly. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and law enforcement
authorities will be contacted as necessary.
7. Parking spaces must be vacated by 6:00am the following morning.
8. Holy Trinity will not be responsible for any loss of property or injury.
Portable restroom facilities will be available on the church property.
